Every party is different, so offering set packages is not our preferred method of service.
Based on the size and complexity of the event, as well as the level of involvement you'd like from us, we
will work together to customize your needs and expectations in order to make the puzzle pieces fit together.
That said, we are big fans of transparency and offer a few general level of services with pricing guidelines below.

Consulting

Have an great idea for a party yet not a clue where to start? Let’s sit down and focus your ideas so you can determine a plan of attack for your future anniversary/birthday/reunion/wedding/memorial celebration.  We will efficiently collaborate to focus your task list and you will walk away feeling inspired and ready to tackle the party planning all on your own.

  • Consultation at a location of your choice in the Charlottesville area
  • Follow-up email with organized notes and discussed methods
  • $65/hr, 1 hour minimum

Partial Planning

If you have the nuts and bolts in place but need help with the event’s execution, partial planning will allow you to control the planning process while feeling completely cared for on the day of the wedding. Partial planning satisfies all your day-of coordination needs and may include :

  • Timeline/checklist development, revision, and distribution
  • Final venue walk-through 2-6 weeks prior to event
  • Vendor confirmation and contact distribution
  • Two hours ceremony rehearsal coordination
  • Event install design and breakdown (up to 12 hours coverage)
  • Full on-site coordination on the day of the event including ceremony, announcements, seating, toasts, etc.
  • Delivery of final payments and gratuities to vendors
  • Delivery of gifts/personal items to designated location
  • Email support, emergency kit access
  • $850-$1,250

Complete Planning

Whatever your reason may be for hiring a wedding planner (you live in another state, you regularly work 16-hour days, you could care less about the napkin folds), our full-time services will help reduce your stress and raise your spirit. Complete planning may include all of the above along with :

  • Planning calendar and task management organization
  • Vendor selection and contract negotiation
  • Budget, layout and logistics
  • Design inspiration and creative development
  • Phone support, additional consultation appointments
  • $2,500 +

Incidentals

As mentioned above, all wedding planning packages may or may not need to utilize these frequently requested services which assures that you never pay for more than you need.  Most items are billed by time plus materials and may or may not be included in your proposal depending on the scale of your event. Itemized incidentals may include :

  • Financial management
  • Hotel block coordination
  • Creative asset development (banners, escort cards, table numbers)
  • Website creation
  • Invitation mailing
  • Welcome bag assembly and delivery
  • Production Assistants
  • Accompanying event coordination such as rehearsal dinner, bridal luncheon or farewell brunch

Special Occasions

Whether it’s for work or play, we can assist of planning your next social event in any size. Our experienced approach will take the stress out of planning your next gathering so that all you have to do is mingle. Offerings include :

  • Planning services for holiday gatherings, bridal/baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries, non-profit events, retreats, and other special occasions
  • Vendor selection and contracting
  • Design inspiration and creative development
  • $350 +
